About this newsletter
For me—and for many neurodivergent people—the mind is often busy, fast, analytical. And emotions? There’s a lot of them, and they can come out of nowhere.
Sometimes, they don’t even belong to us, but we feel them anyway.
We also see patterns others don’t. Make connections that others can’t. And we struggle inside because our internal reality doesn’t always match how people define the external one.
It took me my entire lifetime—and a late-diagnosis for ADHD (that probably should have been, “AuDHD”) to learn to trust my inner truth and live outside societal boxes. In many ways I’m still learning.
This newsletter is both a personal essay and a toolbox for anyone who wants to do the same — welcome here! 💗
